Order Processing


Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.


Because some items may be handmade or made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Packaging
All jewelry is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your bracelets and necklaces arrive in excellent condition.


Shipping Delays


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once your package has been shipped.


Incorrect Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Sun.Spirits.Soulstice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
